SKIPPER Andre Compton is joined by Ricky Ashworth as Sheffield Tigers go to Somerset tonight for the Premier League Best Pairs Championship (7.15pm).
The Owlerton duo will be looking to finish in the top two of Group A, which includes home pair Magnus Zetterstrom and Emil Kramer, in order to reach the semi-finals.
And Compton admits the Oak Tree Arena track suits him and Ashworth and they will both show a professional attitude in this showpiece event.
He said: "It's great at Somerset. The track is only small but it's fast and after Sheffield it perhaps suits us both as much as anywhere. We'll both get on with the job in hand."
Fans are expected to pack the Highbridge venue en route to Cardiff for tomorrow's British Grand Prix in the Millennium Stadium.
