SHEFFIELD'S Argentinian ace Emiliano Sanchez has been told to rest for a few days and will miss tonight's trip to Scunthorpe (7.30).

Sanchez crashed out of last night's opening night defeat at the hands of Elite League Belle Vue and has been to his local hospital with a shoulder injury.

It appears nothing is broken but there is some swelling which makes racing almost impossible.

On the positive side, skipper Ricky Ashworth will take his place in the side but is working all day in the workshop to rebuild damaged machinery.
