TIGERS GO UP FOR THE CUP

SHEFFIELD Tigers are up for the cup tonight when they travel to Edinburgh in a first leg tie (7.30).

The Owlerton side are unchanged from Tuesday’s Premier League defeat at Scunthorpe in front of the Sky Sports cameras.

Teenage reserve Josh Auty was top scorer for the Sheffield Window Centre-backed team when they lost by 14-points at Edinburgh last month in the Premier Trophy.

He said: “I’m really pleased with the way my season is going right now and hopefully I can keep it going.

“It will be hard at Edinburgh but hopefully we can keep it as tight as possible for the return at our place.”

The return leg is at Owlerton on Thursday, May 28. Sheffield are also in action tomorrow when they go to Workington in the Premier Trophy.
