SHEFFIELD Speedway are looking to reach a conclusion on the potential sale of the club within the next few weeks.
Several parties have been in contact with the club registering an interest and the current owners have stated they will be doing everything within their power to ensure the sport survives in the city.
A joint statement between them said: “We underline once again that we are Sheffield fans and we want to see this club survive and prosper going forward.
“The reason we are looking to move on is because of the impact all the work we have done with the club this season has had on our private business and family lives has been huge.
“We are looking to draw a line under this so anybody interested who hasn’t been in contact should email us without delay. We will then take a look at what options we have.”
