IT’S a big week at Owlerton Stadium – and the bikes are back!

Sheffield Tigers will be going through their paces this Thursday from 7pm with their pre-season practice session and fans are welcome to watch before mixing with the riders in the Panorama Room afterwards. It’s also a chance for media to grab pictures and interviews.

In the afternoon the team will meet Lord Mayor Anne Murphy at the Town Hall and the media and fans are welcome to take pictures on the steps outside at approximately 1pm.

Then on Sunday some of the best riders in the world will be at Owlerton to do battle in Simon Stead’s farewell meeting (4pm).

A bumper crowd is expected and a full preview will be issued later this week.
