RICKY Ashworth is almost certain to miss this weekend's busy spell of away action for Sheffield.
Ashworth, who crashed heavily in the Premier League Fours championship at Peterborough, suffered a wrist injury which, at first, was thought to be broken.
Thankfully the x-rays came through clear and Ashworth has suffered nothing more but severe swelling, but Friday's trip to King's Lynn and the visit to Workington on Saturday have come a little too soon.
He said: "I hate missing meetings but at the same time I know the injury could have been a lot worse. The paramedics were convinced I'd broken my wrist!"
