SHEFFIELD have pulled the plug on their Premier League clash with Workington on Thursday - thanks to the flooding at Owlerton Stadium!

And the two clubs have quickly agreed a new date of Thursday, September 13, for the eagerly awaited fixture.

Sheffield's next home meeting will be on Thursday, July 5, when the Isle of Wight Islanders - including Elite League bound Chris Holder - are the visitors.

This Friday Andre Compton and Ricky Ashworth carry the Sheffield Window Centre-backed club's hopes in the Premier League Pairs Championship at Somerset (7.15pm).
