SHEFFIELD Speedway bosses are running a special ‘Kids for a Quid’ admission scheme for Thursday’s home match against Redcar – and the arrangement could be extended if it is successful.

Junior supporters will be admitted for just £1 for the League Cup meeting against the Bears providing they are accompanied by a full-paying adult.

Tigers chief Neil Machin said: “The promotion is in place for at least the next two meetings and we are considering extending it beyond April 12.”
