SHEFFIELD gave skipper Shane Parker the perfect Owlerton send-off as they romped to victory over the American Touring Team.
Parker was in vintage form as he notched a paid-maximum and he was ably backed up by Josh Auty and Ricky Ashworth, who scored paid 11 and 11 respectively.
It was Ashley Birks that was the star of the show, he dropped just one point from five rides on his way to 11 paid 14. Hugh Skidmore, his partner in the final heat, rattled in paid 12.
It was the perfect way for the Tigers to warm up for their final two league clashes, the first one being at Workington this Sunday (October 16).
Team boss Eric Boocock was pleased for his riders, he said: "We weren't up against the best opposition tonight but the lads did well and they've all got a healthy pay-packet from it. It was a good way to go into the last two meetings."
